Dr. Joseph J. Fornal

A 1989 graduate from the University of Illinois.

He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), American Dental Association (ADA), Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS), Chicago Dental Society (CDS) and Dental Arts Club of Chicago.

He currently practices in West Chicago and the Northwest Side of Chicago and provides various cosmetic options, such as non-metal crowns, partial dentures and fillings.
